Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription plans

The Service is offered on a freemium basis:

• Free tier — access to filtered search results capped at the top 3 matches. No export, no contact information.
• Pro plan — unlimited search results, full profile access including contact information, list export (CSV/PDF), growth alerts, and campaign management. Billed monthly or annually via Paddle.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or where we have expressly stated otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase contract for subscription access is made with Paddle. Paddle's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy data from the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or subscription tiers
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual
• Republish, redistribute, or sell the influencer data obtained through the Service

5. Intellectual property

All data, databases, software, trademarks, and content on the Service are owned by or licensed to InfluenceStats. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Influencer names and social media handles are used for identification purposes only. We do not claim any ownership over third-party trademarks or personal data.

6. Data accuracy

Follower counts, post counts, and other statistics are collected periodically from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the real-time accuracy of any data. You should verify critical figures independently before making business decisions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, without prior notice. You may close your account at any time via the billing settings page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfluenceStats and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
